  1. $1,200 - Average Nightly Standard Rate

  2. $1,600 - $2,000 - Average Nightly Rates for Holidays and Peak Season

  3. Peak seasons include school and public holidays, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving and requires a week rental.

  4. $500 - Local Property Management and Cleaning Fees

  5. $156 - $260 - 13% Costa Rican Taxes Per Night

 Terms and Conditions

  1. All stays require a three-night minimum.

  2. Rates are for up to 10 people and include all utilities.

  3. Rental rates include our full-time live-in staff that provides amazing cooking and maid service.

  4. Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

  5. Check-in time is 4 pm.

  6. Check-out time is 10 am (flexibility available subject to preceding or arriving party).

  7. A $99 Travel Insurance Fee will be collected at the time of booking.

  8. There are NO other hidden costs or charges.

 Cancelation Policy

  • 100% Refund - 30+ days before check-in

  • 50% Refund - 29-14 days before check-in

  • 0% Refund - 13 days or less before check-in

 

Additional fees are assessed with bookings when using a third-party agency such as VRBO.
